Mill Street Chocolate was born out of a passion for real, high-quality chocolate - rather than the overly-sweet confectionery seen in many high street shops and supermarkets.
The Mill Street Chocolate mission is to be amongst the best High-end, Handmade, Artisan, ‘Bean to Bar’ chocolate-makers. Furthermore, by using only raw (un-roasted) cacao beans, we retain the rich array of beneficial nutrients that raw cacao has to offer, making Mill Street Chocolate a healthy option. Here at Mill Street Chocolate, chocolate is treated with the respect it deserves - as a delicious treat to be truly savoured, not gulped down mindlessly in large quantities. Each morsel deserves to be given time to gradually release its story to you as it melts on your tongue, allowing the complex flavours to be coaxed out, layer by layer.
Mill Street Chocolate is proud to use ingredients which are either certified 'Organic' or grown without the use of agro-chemicals whenever available. We use no added emulsifiers or soya lecithin.
